Long Beach Medical Centre (LBMC) is a private billing clinic providing services to our doctors. Each of our doctors operates as an independent practitioner, autonomously determining their fees and managing all aspects of their services. The fees below are suggested fees only and the final decision regarding fee to charge remains with the Doctor.
Non Attendance Fee (NAF)
A $50 fee applies for missed appointments without 24 hours notice. This ensures fairness and helps us offer timely care to all patients. Thank you for your understanding.
Failure to Pay
Failure to pay outstanding fees may result in cancellation of future appointments and restrictions on booking new ones. Please speak with reception to arrange payment or discuss your options.
If you are facing financial difficulties or wish to discuss your bill further please ask to speak to the practice manager.
